Hi, I’m Timothy O’Flaherty, founder of InterLanguage Lab and a business communication trainer and coach based in Warsaw, Poland.
I help professionals communicate with confidence in international business environments through training in presentations, meetings, negotiations, leadership communication and intercultural collaboration.

MY BACKGROUND
More than language training.
Originally from New York, I’ve spent more than a decade living and working in Poland. This experience has given me valuable insight into cross-cultural communication and language learning.
For 15 years, I have worked with managers, specialists and leadership teams from a wide range of industries, helping them build the confidence and communication skills needed to succeed in global workplaces.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader who enjoys exploring history, philosophy, psychology and economics, as well as a musician who plays the saxophone, clarinet, bass and drums.
